Based on the example of establishing and successful developing the large mining complex, the authors disclose the important meaning of social direction and business responsibility in order to provide the efficient economic enterprise activity. Shown the manysidedness of the social work forms performed by the enterprise administration, different organizations and public associations — from preservation and development of traditions laid by the generation of enterprise constructors and creators to broad involvement of labour collective in care and support of labour veterans, young people, women and children, district residents.
