Abstract

In this work we have worked out a new method of extraction equipment diagnosis with application of the method of mathematical statistics on detecting the reasons for deviations, faults and failure of production apparatuses during the process of extraction refining the nuclear fuel by means of tributyl phosphate solution in kerosene or some other hydrocarbon fractions. In the production conditions, using the technical personnel, we have tested some factors affecting the permanent work of technological equipment and the process of extraction, taking into consideration the opinions of the leading experts. A scheme of information flows for the assessment of status variables and model’s parameters was made. The assessment of variables’ values characterizing the status of process was carried out. It was offered an algorithm and a tree of solutions for diagnosis of extraction process deviations in the column, which allows increasing labor productivity and efficiency of the extraction refining process of the natural and regenerated uranium, as well as optimizing operation of column pulsing extractors. The results obtained were applied when working out the software for prognosis of quantity indicators of the extraction refining, and also the faults of pulsing extraction columns with packet nozzle KR&МZ or TM and auxiliary equipment taking into account the specific character of chemical production and technical status of the equipment. An interface on diagnosis and detection of defects was designed. As a result with the help of the designed interface windows of electronic journals of deviations and the developed «tree» of solutions for diagnosis in the production conditions new software was offered. There were worked out new program frames and interface windows controlled by the packet means MIK$Sys, GFX, showing quick links about accumulating and providing the recent statistics data of deviations and faults of technological parameters, equipment operation for definite time period, as well as the picture of scanned apparatus.
