Abstract

The system and algorithm of interconnected capacity control and water regimes processes of grinding and classification of the enrichment of copper-molybdenum ores were designed and implemented in the mining and concentrating works of the Joint Mongolian-Russian enterprise “Erdenet“. The developed algorithm incorporates the principle of multicircuit control with simple and complex criteria, ranked by the importance of the impact on the process. The hierarchical structure of control algorithm provides a cohesive functioning of the systems of regulation productivity of mills and systems of regulation for water regimes of grinding and classification. This ensures priority circuits to control and stabilize the contours of the optimization of management. Results of commercial operation have shown that the algorithm selected in the hierarchical structure solves the problem of optimizing grinding-flotation processing. When using the developed system and algorithm for process control is achieved increasing recovery of copper and molybdenum in concentrate respectively by 0,4 and 0,5 % and increase in productivity of the mill on 3,4 %.
