Abstract

For the first time scientific bases are developed and purely gyroscopic principle of managing power loadings in mills with friction action is practically realized. This principle is based on independent management by values of angular speed of a runner and a crushing table, and on gyroscopic forces as a source of rock-disintegrating loads. The mathematical model and algorithm of calculation of working materials — and power-saving technics is created on the basis of gyroscopic devices with dynamic regulation of destruction loads for extractions of precious and semiprecious stones, and also rare-earth elements from rocks. It is experimentally revealed that work of destruction of particles of mineral raw materials in a gyroscopic mill is described by the equation of Rittinger, and kinetic of crushing in a gyroscopic mill — by the linear equation, while the process of crushing occurs at essentially higher relative speeds of crushing. Necessity of working out of the rational technological scheme of processing of the kimberlites providing safety of diamonds, on the basis of application of the gyroscopic mills completely excluding shock crushing of breed is proved. Working capacity of functional knots and all design of a gyroscopic mill is proved and the parameters influencing its efficiency which value is at level of serially let out mills of type “Titan“ are revealed. On an indicator of specific efficiency the gyroscopic mill advances known designs almost on four order.
