Company with Limited Liability Scientific and technical expert center of new ecotechnology in hydrogeology and hydraulic engineering “NOVOTEK” has taken up hydrogeomechanical and hydrogeoecologycal mining problems of deposits development of the Joint-Stock Company “ALROSA” since 1991. Research and design works of the Scientific and technical expert center “NOVOTEK” are based on the idea of development of such butt scientific directions as hydrogeomechanics and hydrogeoecology that allows to consider as much as possible a variety of an environment in the regions of diamond-bearing deposits. Nowadays the Scientific and technical expert center “NOVOTEK” and the Institute “Yakutniproalmaz” work together on the mines “International”, “Mir”, “Ajhal” and “Udachnyj”. Innovative scientific and technical workings out of the Scientific and technical expert center “NOVOTEK” and the Institute “Yakutniproalmaz” on protection of the mines of the Joint-Stock Company “ALROSA” against flooding and salvaging of highly mineralized drainage waters in complex environmental conditions of transition from an open way of extraction of kimberlitic ores to the underground way are stated in the article. Results of researches are realized in projects of water protection of the mines “International”, “Mir”, “Ajhal” and “Udachnyj” and also in set of standard-methodical documentation. The information on the basic scientific results providing designing and building of systems is given. In particular, the Guide on delimitation of zones dangerous on breaks of water to the mines at the deposits of diamonds of the Joint-stock company “ALROSA” confirmed by Rostehnadzor, a technique of the decision of problems of filtration of pickles in permafrost soils, a technique of substantiation of the ore-soil pad parameters conducting mining works by systems with a collapse under the bottom of an open-cast mine accumulating an atmospheric precipitation, a technique of carrying out hydrogeomechanical monitoring for safety of conducting mining works under water objects.
