Abstract

There is currently a trend towards greater use of underground mining of large ore deposits with a massive collapse of the ore and host rocks, whose effectiveness depends on the costs of training blocks, and the underside of the ore mass release technology, primarily for completeness and purity (quality) its extraction from the subsoil. In the 1980s, the institute "Unipromed" with the participation of the Sverdlovsk Mining Institute was established design of mobile complex, representing an aggregate sites and mechanisms in the overall manufacturing process in developing a horizontal holding shattered rock, ore production and delivery of scraper winch or small-sized Scooptrams. The authors suggested that such complexes can be effectively used to extract the (issue) previously rescued and orphaned stocks pillars. In order to study the process of moving the rock mass in the abatement area for its release is simulated, which resulted in recommendations. It is established that the efficiency of tunneling-final complex is provided with the release of it from one installation of 100–120 thousand tons of ore mass. The use of a mobile complex does not require fundamental changes in technology, sewage extraction of ore, but greatly simplifies the design of the system design and increases its technical and economic parameters and creates the conditions for organizing a highflow technology of ore mining.
