Author of the paper analyze some articles of described acts of legislation in area of subsurface resources management and present some recommendations of changing and additions introduction in normative documents, directed on determination of the more distinct relations between owner of subsurface resources and user of subsurface resources, improvement efficiency and rational usage of mineral raw materials sources. Juridical aspects, considered in this paper, more completely develop conditions of relations between subjects of subsurface resources management. Proposed recommendations are directed on further improvement of legislation in area of subsurface resources management in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
