The paper describes analysis of modern condition of mineral resources of Uzbekistan, prospects of further resources development have been shown. It has been noticed, that modern condition of mineral raw material base of Uzbekistan in area of presence of strategy important types of metallic mineral resources, oil, gas, mineral fertilizers, underground waters and building materials has been estimated as satisfactory in totality. Uzbekistan is one of the 10 leading countries in area of presence of gold, uranium, copper, mineral and potassium salts resources. More than 1000 mines, pits, quarries, oil and gas fields, water intake, balnearies, workshops and plants of water pouring of medicinal and medicinal table water waters have been worked in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Natural and resource potential of Uzbekistan wide from being depleted, and its prospective is great.
