The substantiation of great potential of oil and gas facilities at the north Transbaikal, the Charskaya cavity in particular, has been done on the base of unconventional conceptualization about genesis and hydrocarbon generation. Industrial development of this territory can modify the structure of power supply at the territory and establish own gas chemical manufacture.
