Abstract
The analysis of diamond losses during process of foam separation at the plant of “ALROSA” company has been realized, efficiency of intensification method of beneficiation and finishing operations of diamond-bearing raw materials with -5 mm grain size has been substantiated. The expediency of using development methods has been established with industrial tests. Electrochemical conditioning of water systems and usage of water-oil emulsion as collector agent allow to increase diamond extraction to concentrate after tackiness and foam separations by 5 and 18% respectively with reducing reagents consumption by 25%.
