Basic technical requirements to timbering systems and bearing sections are analyzed. The shaping scheme of timbering section has been developed; it is based on the technique of metal forming by varying curving radii and  allows to obtain better geometry of finished products. Proposed roll pass design includes 24 technological passes divided by 4 groups with 6 stands in each group.
