The analysis and researches of dynamic processes of start-up of network synchronous motors of mine excavators on the basis of mathematical simulation and oscilligraphy are presented. In connection with high dynamics of starting processes the expediency of smooth start of engines SD800-5У2 with the booster devices is proved.
