Abstract

The dynamics of drives for vibratory machines, in particular vibrating The article presents a technology for producing crystalline potassium chloride from flotation intermediate products, which includes dissolving the raw material, crystallizing the target product from the solution in vacuum crystallizers, separating the solid phase with the return of the mother liquor to the dissolution stage, washing, and drying the obtained crystals. The fine-dispersed fraction of flotation potassium chloride, as well as the wet cake concentrate formed after vacuum filtration, is used as the raw material. The solid semi-product is dissolved in a circulating solution at a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1 : (3–14) and a temperature not exceeding 100 °C for 5 minutes. After separating the insoluble residue, the clarified filtrate is cooled to 25 °C for 15 minutes, followed by the separation of potassium chloride crystals by filtration. The moisture content of the resulting product does not exceed 4 %. It has been established that the use of the developed technology makes it possible to intensify the leaching process.
