| Реферат | The longevity of metal structures of a mining excavator with a front shovel component directly depends on the loading of the shovel crawling and hoisting engines. Improvement of dynamic characteristics of the main excavator engines assumes re-design of the excavator equipment with a view to decreasing dynamic response factors and increasing dissipative forces. A promising solution to this problem may be additional elastic dampers introduced in the kinematic configurations of the digging mechanisms. The main requirement for the elastic dampers meant to absorb energy of dynamic stresses is the maintenance of a preset displacement with regard to the maximal force limit. In the proposed configuration of the implement of a mining excavator with a front shovel component, the hoisting engine includes an elastic damper composed of an air/hydraulic cylinder, a cable and a lever, set on the pivoting floor at the bottom of the boom, under the hosting cable. The design parameters of the leverage mechanism are synthesized with regard to the design and force constraints, and to the dimension of the implement. The kinematic and force transfer functions are determined; they have essentially nonlinear characteristics. The analytical expressions are presented for the synthesis of the geometrical parameters for the proposed design of a mining excavator implement equipped with an elastic damper. The configuration of the implement with a lever-type elastic damper and the synthesis procedure of its geometrical and structural parameters can be used in designing high-capacity bucket excavators toward reduction of dynamic loads and enhancement of reliability of these mechanism. |
