Реферат

Mathematical modeling of modes of sheet blank plastic deformation with a quantitative assessment of equivalent and residual stresses and quality indicators of finished pipes by geometric parameters throughout the sheet-pipe technological route. According to the results of computer simulation a model on the example of expanded welded pipe with size Dt × St = 1153 × 30.9 mm shows the efficiency of running by forming roller of end sections, reducing the ovality of the end sections to 3 mm and the main part of the pipe up to 5 mm in accordance with requirements of regulatory documents.
