Реферат

The work is aimed at solving the actual problem of the agroindustrial complex – increasing the resource of the most loaded parts of the working organs of tillers by applying effective and economically sound manufacturing techniques from inexpensive materials whose high performance properties are ensured by optimal structuring. It is shown that high-strength cast iron with nodular graphite is a promising material for the production of chisel plow bits. It is established that the change in the structure of Ductile iron by correcting the chemical composition and thermokinetic effects during solidification and heat treatment, contributes to the formation of the optimal structure and the required range of performance properties: wear resistance, strength and resistance to impact loads. The results of comparative tests for the wear of Ductile Iron specimens with different types of structure obtained by thermal treatment are compared with those traditionally used for the production of cutting blades of chisel plows with 45 and 65G steels and also with foreign steel Hardox 450. It has been proved that Ductile Iron with bleaching of the surface layer of the working surface has the maximum wear resistance. It is proposed to make cutting blades of chisel plows by casting from Ductile Iron, followed by isothermal quenching and local bleaching of the cutting edge by electric arc heating of the surface to be reflowed. Replacement of expensive materials and technologies for the use of undoped Ductile Iron with a wear-resistant structure significantly reduces the prime cost of parts of the working organs of tillers. The proposed technology for obtaining castings for the manufacture of cutting blades of working organs of tillage machines will improve their operational reliability.
The study was financially supported by the grant of RF President, № MD-1125.2017-8.
