Реферат

Coal mining has a negative influence on environment. In Vietnam it is considerably seen in hydrosphere destruction. In 2012, total volume of waste waters from Vietnam coal mines was near 49.7 mln m3, which will be increased in future. In connection with financial resources limitation, it is necessary to apply the result measures on decreasing of negative impact of mine waters on hydrosphere, taking into account the specific character of functioning of Vietnam coal mining enterprises. Analysis of industrial-technological, ecological and economic coal mining indices allowed to define the typical seasonal dependence between water inflow volume in excavations, and coal mining volume. At the same time, obtained correlation models allow to forecast the damages to water environment, caused by contaminations with increasing of coal mining volumes. For the purpose of prevention of damages, it is necessary to use innovation technical-technological solutions on purification of waste waters and costs on their realization. For this purpose, there was developed the mechanism of choice of innovation decisions in the area of protection of water environment on the basis of mathematical-statistic analysis.
