Increasing of capacity of mines, which satisfy the requirements of continuous increasing of labor productivity and correspond to the modern level of development of technology, leads to expansion of a range of underground excavations and increasing of energy costs on ventilation. There appears the necessity of development and introduction of combined resource-saving methods of ventilation of mines, based on use of some ground and underground ventilators, and auxiliary recirculating draft sources. The main task of such ventilation systems is provision of all sites of mine with required quantity of fresh air. Thermal-physics processes in the time of movement of ventilation air on mine openings, play an important role in formation of mine microclimate. The reasons of appearance of adverse conditions, connected with growth of air temperature, are anthropogenic heat sources and high temperature of rocks in deep mines. For the purpose of normalization of microclimate parameters or ore atmosphere on some mines and mines, ventilation systems should be added by air condition systems, lowering its temperature. Negative regulation system is an efficient method of lowering of energy costs on ventilation. This system can carry out the purposeful redistribution of costs with decreasing of load on main ventilation installation. Additional minimization of energy consumption is carried out according to blades incidence angle and rotary speed of ventilator, by starting an operation mode with maximal efficiency with fixed depression value. According to this, the following operations should be included in efficient methods of energy-saving ventilation of mines:
- recirculating ventilation;
- air conditioning;
- use of systems of negative regulation for costs redistribution;
- ventilator operation with maximal working efficiency by changing of blades incidence angle and rotary speed.
