Abstract

Productivity of gaseous coal mines is limited by gas factor, which neglecting leads to disastrous damages, connected with explosions of methane and coal dust. Provision of methane safety of mines should be carried out on the basis of formation of stable mining-technological system, where the negative impact of human factor will be minimal. System solution of the problem of provision of methane safety of coal mines should be firstly based on usage of technological methods. At the same time, gas release control should be included into the technology as a required element. Taking into account interaction of basic defining factors, solving of aerogasdynamic problems is possible on the basis of numerical modeling of processes with application of high-productive working stations (clusters). Multifactor mathematical model is a virtual analogue of underground aerogasdynamic system, which allows to consider the characteristics of modeled object in the wide range of parameters, and to choose the most efficient solutions. Coal extraction on high-gas-bearing layers should be carried out with application of preliminary degasation of coal layers, underground degasation of wases and unloaded superimposed seams during mine operations and following degasation of wastes. At the same time, degasation should be accompanied by extraction of methane for its following use. In the period of carrying out of mine operations, it is necessary to optimize the modes of joint modeling of aerogadynamic and thermodynamic processes. For the purpose of controlling of aerogasdynamics processes in mines, it is necessary to change the approach to monitoring of mine atmosphere parameters, including degasation systems into important objects of control. It is also necessary to develop and implement the intellectual systems of collection and analysis of information on the level of existing normatives. These intellectual systems exclude the human intervention and provide the reliability of indices. On the basis of analysis of these indices, there is carried out the decision-making. This work was carried out with the financial support of Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation within realization of the basic part of the state task.
