Реферат

Operating experience of dump trucks on Yakutian kimberlite open pits has shown that, depending from the carrying capacity grade (130-136 t), the item on costs for engineering service and maintenance occasionally reaches 30% in the structure of total costs on transportation of rock mass. Authors of this article offered the methodology of estimation of influence of change of mine technical conditions on fuel consumption through power intensity of road, which allows to make a forecast plan of maintenance overhaul of basic units of dump trucks, depending on dynamics of development of open pit. The adjusting factor on calculations and experimental data of Yubileyny open pit is equal to 2.7. Such factor will give the possibility to calculate the forecast fuel consumption till the end of pit mining, with error, equal to 3-4%. If the growth of annual fuel consumption by 2.5% was in 2006-2014, there can be made a conclusion that annual increasing of it by 4% will be in 2015-2016. There was defined the dependance of change of operating time to the maintenance overhaul of Detroit Diesel MTU 12V4000 engine in changed mining conditions of Yubileyny open pit from power intensity of road.
