Реферат

Pelletized porous ammonium nitrate is used in explosive manufacture on the site and for mechanical hole charging in opencast and underground mining. Engineering suitability of niter for explosive manufacture is governed by the niter flowability, moisture content, combustible addition agent absorbancy (diesel fuel) and strength of pellets. The article analyzes a complex technical-technological process (logistical chain) of porous ammonium nitrate (PAN) delivery from its manufacturers located in the European part of Russia to mines situated in the Extreme North, Siberia and the Far East. The problems of PAN quality and packing are associated with deterioration of PAN properties due to duration of delivery, use of various modes of transportation, reloading and long-term storage in severe climatic conditions. From the domestic and foreign experience as well as based on the research findings, the authors offer a package plan aimed at higher quality and engineering-and-economic performance of PAN production, packing, transportation and storage for the follow-on explosive manufacture at blasting sites.
