Реферат

There was researched the composition of changed kimberlites and its influence on hydrophilic formations on the surface of diamond crystals. Obtained minerals (talc, sepiolite, mica, serpentine, talc-saponite and chlorite-saponite) are the source of formation of hydrophilic films on the surface of diamond crystals. Results of spectrographic researches have shown the identity of composition of mineral formations on the surface of crystals, extracted from tails of foam separation of various pipes' kimberlites. There was defined the dependence of the grade of wettability of diamond surface from the area of spreading of finely dispersed formations on it. There was carried out the spectral analysis of surface films. There was defined that higher values of coefficient of absorption of luminescent radiation are typical for the surface of crystals, covered with hydrophilic film. Defined structural-chemical peculiarities of finely dispersed mineral formations on the surface of diamonds made it possible to offer the method of their destruction and following dissolution for the purpose of reduction of hydrophobic properties of diamond crystals, based on usage of water electrolysis products. Increasing of extraction within the foam separation for the period of tests made 5-6%. Direct use of electrochemically processed water in the process of foam separation makes it possible to increase their content in total amount of diamond products of factory by 8.8%.
