Abstract

This article gives the many-sided and extended social policy of “EVRAZ KGOK” JSC, which is carried out within additional provision of pensions, development of culture and sports and giving of exemption, guarantees administration, welfare and medical care to workers of the enterprise and members of their families. Various civil society organizations are actively working at the enterprise: “Young people of EVRAZ KGOK”, “Women of EVRAZ KGOK”, Council of Veterans. The military-patriotic organization is also developed. The enterprise constantly realizes the charity, promoting to the development of sport and organization structures in Kachkanar. Special attention is given to support of children organizations.
