Abstract

This article presents the results of researches, which were held on the wet autogenous mill at Lebedinskiy Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise. These researches are connected with estimation of degree of filling this mill with ore material. As apposed to the modern methods, it is proposed to measure the vibration acceleration signal, using the accelerometer sensor, placed on the external surface of mill barell.
Organization of pick-off from the continuously rotated mill for the following analysis is considerably complex. The article shares the solution of this problem by application of the technology of wireless data transfer, using the protocol Bluetooth 1.2.

Analysis of vibration acceleration signal was held on the basis of obtaining of its specter and estimation of individual harmonic components. There is given the signal processing methodology with indication of data access for implementation of Fourier transformation. Application of some standard functions is recommended for improvement of observed picture in the specter. As a result of analysis, the frequency was singled out with its envelope plotting for estimation of filling degree of wet autogenous mill. There is proved the information value of researched signal by two stages:
-comparison of this signal with readings of radioisotopic device, which controlled the filling of mill;
-calculation of the corellation coefficient betwen the researched signal and device readings.
