The 11-th issue of «Tsvetnye Metally» (Non-ferrous metals) journal (November, 2014) traditionally includes the «International review of market of non-ferrous metals».

 

The article by B. A. Kotlyar, published in the section «Economics and management of production», tells about the reasonability of setting of dispositive standard of minimal wage of workers in sectoral tariff agreement.

 

The section «Heavy non-ferrous metals» includes the articles, written by the members of hydrometallurgy department of Scientific and Production Association «RIVS», devoted to the scientific-practical conference «RIVS-2014».

 

The articles, published in the section «Nanostructured materials and metals», consider the problems of obtaining of nanostructured metallic nickel- and palladium-based materials, and influence of catalyst metal layer on carbon nanopipes' morphology.

 

The article, dedicated to the memory of E. M. Bychkov, is published within the section «To the 90-th anniversary of the Journal», where readers can get an information about people, who made a great contribution to development of Russian non-ferrous metallurgy and «Tsvetnye Metally» journal.

 

Editorial board of the Journal present congratulations to the State Hermitage Museum, which celebrates its 250-th anniversary in 2014.
