Реферат

At EVRAZ West-Siberian Metallurgical Plant (hereinafter EVRAZ ZSMK), a set of technological measures has been developed and implemented to reduce the cost of producing metal intended for casting in a continuous casting machine (CCM). In order to optimize the cost of metal deoxidation in the ladle, a technology has been developed with partial replacement of silicon-containing ferroalloys with slag from the production of electric furnace ferrosilicon. The technology for out-of-furnace metal processing for the billet caster by an open-air way has been mastered. To further reduce the deoxidation cost during the killed metal tapping from the converter, intended for casting in the billet caster in a closed way, a technology has been introduced for out-of-furnace treatment using silicon carbide instead of granulated aluminum at the metal finishing plant (MFP) and usage of this material, packed in bags of 10 kg, at the metal tapping from the converter for partial replacement of aluminum pig.
