Tsvetnye Metally
The January issue of Tsvetnye Metally features an article about academician Nikolay Kurnakov, a distinguished chemist, metallurgist, material scientist, process engineer, a co-founder of the Russian School of Metallurgists and Material Scientists and of the Mining Institute’s Metallurgy School. He inspired a few breakthrough technologies of the 21st century.
This issue also features a series of articles authored by Gipronikel Institute. The articles focus on sulphurous gas treatment techniques for the Copper Plant of Nornickel’s Polar Division and constitute a continuation and an integral part of the publications included in Issue No. 12 of 2020 that describe some of the research and design projects the Institute is engaged in today.
